Is your site secure?

There is a Secure Password Protected login to your account. Mums Who Bake Ltd do not have access to your credit card/bank details. Secure checkout and payment is through Paypal or Google Checkout where purchase information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.

What happens to my personal information?

Mums Who Bake Limited will not pass information obtained from its customers on to other organizations except where this is required by law or to support the detection or prevention of a criminal activity. Mums Who Bake Limited is registered to hold personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Can I cancel/amend an order I placed earlier today?

Yes, you can as long as your contact us by 3pm on the day you placed the order (it’s likely that after this time the order will have already have been despatched).

How do I use the promotional code?

Simply click on “cart” and you will see a list of your chosen products. Underneath there is a box where you can enter your promotional code.

Why is my promotional code not working?

Some offers require you to spend over a certain amount to qualify for the discount. Other offers are only valid up to a certain date. If you feel that your promotional code is valid please email us at customerservices@mumswhobake.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that unless otherwise stated each offer code is only valid for one purchase per customer. Mums Who Bake Limited reserves the right to withdraw promotional codes at any time without notice.

How long until I receive my order?

Delivery to UK addresses usually takes 3-5 working days. During busy times, e.g. Christmas please allow slightly longer.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is only £3.95 per order.

How do I return an item?

We are sure that you will be 100% happy with your order. However should you decide to return any of the items please complete the return form included with your order. Please note that items must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging. Do I have to pay to return items?

Yes, unless the items are broken or faulty. In which case please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will advise you of how to return the item.
